1. General provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the use of the website rsd-projects.ru (hereinafter — the “Website”) operated by RSD LLC (hereinafter — the “Administration”).

2. Subject of the agreement

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Administration undertakes to:

The User undertakes to:

4. Intellectual property

7. Applicable law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Administration.
